How long do image screen printed shirts last before they start to wear off?

they last about 5 yr.
I still have shirts from 10+ years ago. It depends whether or not the ink was cured properly when printed, and the quality of the ink. The first time you wash a new screen printed shirt, it must be washed inside out. I guess many different factors are involved, but well over 5 years.
I should know, I run a screen printing company.
