How do I keep my favourite linen shirts wrinkle-free?

Rita T asked:

Hi There,

I bought some great linen shirts. But within half hour of wear, they become so wrinkled. I know that’s the nature of the material, but is there something I can do so they don’t wrinkle so quickly?

Thanks!

Buy a can of spray sizing (not spray starch) use it on your linen shirts when ironing them with a cool iron. It helps them keep their shape there will be less wrinkles.

Try a t-shirt under the clothing to limit the wrinkles as body heat and /or sweat sometimes is the culprit of wrinkles.
Linen is very difficult to keep wrinkles out of. Even with regards to linens as table settings the need to iron vigorously has discouraged many from keeping linens in the home. Try to purchase clothing with a higher polyester blend
