How do i avoid stains on white shirts and jerseys?

Every time i wear a black shirt or another color exept for white, they never get stains. But when i wear white shirts and jerseys, i get stains all over. I tried some stuff, like not eating, but that didnt work, then i tried no drinking, But that didnt work either. So what other Solutions can i try?

i guess it’s more of a psychological… when u wear a white shirt think it’s black
